자연에 관한 시 . 林文子(하야시 후미코)
스릴 넘치는 이 모든 것들을 보라
천둥이 치거나 거대한 나무를 올려다보거나
자연을 경험한다는 것은 경외감 그 자체이다
이파리가 지닌 오묘한 구성
단 하나에서도 사람들은 감탄하지 않을 수 없다

또한 거대한 폭포의 굉음이라든가
자연과의 시간은 깨달음을 얻기 위한 시간이다
다 알지 못하고 지나칠 수 있는 것을
지구는 인간이 모두를 즐길 수 있도록 되어 있다
다만 깨끗하게 유지할 의무를 부여받았다
자연의 모든 것이 발견된 상태대로

모든 사람은 지구의 일부를 가지고 있으며
자연의 모든 것과 헤아릴 수 없이 연관되어 있다
장엄하게 형성된 산맥,
으르렁거리는 폭포와, 무리를 이룬 꽃밭,
아니면 숲의 고요함,
자연은 자기 자신을 알 수 있게 하는 곳이며
가족과 돈독한 유대감을 형성할 수 있는 곳이다

Whether one is watching a thrilling
thunderstorm or looking up at a mighty tree,
the experience of nature is one of awe.
One cannot help but marvel at the
intricate design of a single leaf,

or the roar of a great waterfall.
Time spent in nature is time spent realizing
that you don't know it all and that you never will.
The earth is meant to be enjoyed by its inhabitants.
That includes keeping it in the pristine
condition in which it was discovered.

Everyone has a part of the earth
that they relate to the most.
Whether it is a majestic mountain range,
a roaring waterfall, a bouquet of flowers,
or the calm of the woods,
these are places to get to know oneself
and build bonds with family.
